At Creathos Media, every product is created with care and attention to detail. Please read the following terms before purchasing:

1. Digital Downloads (Lightroom Presets & Courses)

All digital downloads, including Lightroom Presets and online courses, are non-refundable and non-returnable. Due to the nature of instant access and downloadable content, we cannot process refunds once your purchase is complete. Please ensure compatibility with your software before purchasing.

2. Prints & Canvas Artwork

All prints and canvas products are made to order exclusively for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Digital Art Commissions

For all custom digital art commissions:

• An initial non-refundable deposit is required after our first consultation.

• This deposit covers the cost of concept development, thumbnail sketches, and initial design work.

• The remaining balance will be due upon final approval of the artwork before delivery of the files.
